Cancellation Policy

Fusion Spa & Resort Spa enforces a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and service quality for all guests.

Cancellations or rescheduling of any spa treatment or journey require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice prior to the scheduled date and time of the reserved service. For group bookings of four (4) or more guests, a minimum of seven (7) days’ advance notice is required.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the booking being classified as a No-Show. In such cases, one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of each reserved treatment or journey will be charged. The No-Show fee will be applied to the credit card used at the time of reservation.
